HOW TO ENROLL

❶ Enroll: You are required to enroll through the following application form. The page APPLY NOW has a section in order to access to the application.

Warning: the data filled in the application form will be used to issue an invoice.

❷ Notification: You shall receive a notification confirming your admission to the summer school through e-mail.

Important Note: If you do not receive your confirmation of your selection by email within two weeks, please contact us at: fausto.minelli@unibs.it. Do not assume that you did not get registered for the course. There could be a problem with your e-mail address.

❸ Payment of the Tuition Fee: After receiving the acceptance notification, you would be required to pay the course tuition fee within a specified period. Follow the section on Fees & Payment for understanding the procedure for payment.

❹ Final Acceptance & Confirmation: The confirmation of the payment received will be sent automatically within 7 working days as soon as the payment is cleared. You shall also receive an official letter/e-mail from the University of Brescia confirming your admission into the program.

Please Note: All participants will be required to print this mail and the letter as proof of confirmation of admission to the summer school.

Although you should submit your application as early as possible, late applications may be considered

Submitting a late application

It is always best to submit a completed application by the deadlines in order to ensure that you will be considered. However, we do process late applications and, if time allows, your application to the summer school program will be considered. Your chance depends on the number of students who applied on time.
