FEES & PAYMENTS

Participation fees are as follows:

Students, PhD candidates and research fellows from the University of Brescia: Free of charge

Students, PhD candidates and research fellows from other universities: €200

Engineers and practitioners: €400

Engineers registered with the Brescia Engineers’ Association: €300

aicap, CTE or fib members: €350

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

After receiving notification of your selection for the course, you will be asked to pay the tuition fee.

To complete the payment, you will need the notification number and IUV code sent to you by email.

The payment procedure differs depending on whether you are resident in Italy or abroad.

Once the payment has been completed, please send proof of payment to: anna.bontempi@unibs.it or fausto.minelli@unibs.it

All payments must be completed by the stated deadline. Candidates who do not complete the payment within the deadline may be excluded from the course.

RESIDENT IN ITALY

Residents in Italy must use the PagoPA payment platform.

PagoPA is the electronic payment system used throughout Italy for payments to public administration bodies.

Please access the PagoPA payment page and enter the notification number and IUV code received by email.

RESIDENT ABROAD

Residents outside Italy should pay by credit card through the PagoPA platform. You can select your preferred language on the right-hand side of the page.

On the PagoPA payment page, enter the notification number and IUV code received by email.

Please note: if you are unable to complete the payment by credit card, you may pay by bank transfer. In this case, please contact anna.bontempi@unibs.it or fausto.minelli@unibs.it for further instructions.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 and the applicable data protection regulations, the University undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by applicants.
